About Pro Stars
Pro Stars Summer Camp is not your typical multi-sport camp! This camp is designed for young athletes who are passionate about sports and want to experience what it’s like to live the life of a professional athlete. From skill combines and drafts to team practices, trades, free agency, championships, and more!
Our Staff
The heart of Pro Stars Summer Camp is its staff. While they may not all be athletes, each staff
member shares a commitment to creating a positive and nurturing environment. The top priority
is child care, ensuring that every camper feels safe, supported, and valued. Compassionate,
caring, and enthusiastic counselors bring the energy and excitement needed to make the
experience unforgettable. Additionally, select staff members with a deep love of sports will be
responsible for implementing the core elements of competition and team dynamics throughout
the camp.
Daily Schedule
Pro Stars Summer Camp operates with the same pre-care (8 AM - 9 AM) and after-care (4 PM -5 PM) structure as all TMSI Camps. Each day begins with a League Address, where the Camp
Director—acting as the League Commissioner—sets the stage for the day ahead.
Sample Monday Schedule:
Pre-Care (8:00-9:00 am) Early drop-off activities.
League Address: Campers are welcomed as “rookies” and introduced to the Pro Stars
experience, including an overview of the week, introductions to staff and coaches, and
the camp’s core values: teamwork, friendship, and leadership.
Combine: Campers rotate through various drills designed to showcase their athletic
skills. Staff members assess each camper’s abilities to help create balanced teams.
Draft & Signings: Campers are drafted onto teams in a high-energy ceremony complete
with music, dry ice, and official jersey presentations. Each camper signs a “contract” with
their new team.
Team Practice: Campers join their teams to develop strategies, learn their positions, and
start building team chemistry through skills and drills.
Team Games: The first round of competition begins. Each game is officiated and
recorded, with dedicated referees, timekeepers, and statisticians tracking the action
Camper’s Choice: To end the day, campers have the option to play a different sport or
activity outside of their primary team schedule, allowing for a change of pace and added
variety.
Pick-up & After-Care (4:00-5:00 pm) : Campers head home or participate in supervised activities until
pick-up time.

What age groups do you accept?
We welcome campers aged 5-12, with programs tailored to different skill levels.
What is the camp schedule like?
Camp runs from 9 AM to 4 PM, with a mix of skill development, games, and fun activities throughout the day. We offer pre care at 8:00 am at no extra charge and post care until 5:00 pm daily.
Registration & Fees
How do I register for the camp?
You can register online through our website, via the registration link below. Spaces fill up quickly, so be sure to sign up early!
What is included in the camp fee?
Registration fees include pre care, post care, daily peanut free lunches and action packed days of fun every week, all summer long.
Are there any discounts available?
No, at the moment we do not offer discounts.
Safety & Supervision
What safety measures are in place?
We prioritize camper safety with trained staff, first aid protocols and our facility professionally maintained and tailored to ensure health and safety is at the forefront for all campers, parents/guardians and staff members at all times.
How are the staff members trained?
Our staff undergo extensive training in coaching, safety procedures, and first aid to ensure a positive experience for all campers.
Activities & Equipment
Do campers need to bring their own equipment?
We provide all necessary equipment for camp activities. We encourage campers to leave their valuable belongings at home to avoid leaving anything behind at camp. However, we have lost and found bins at our camps available to look through all summer long.
What if my child has no prior experience in a sport?
Never to fear! Our programs are designed for all skill levels, and our counselors are skilled at helping beginners improve.We are an inclusive environment with sports camps welcome to campers of all skill levels.
Communication and Policies
How will I be updated about my child’s progress?
Our Camp Director will send you our welcome email you one week prior to the upcoming camp week which will include all the important details you need to know before arriving at camp! We provide updates when required via email or phone, and update our social media and website throughout the season. We also encourage parents to check in during pick-up.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a refund with a $25.00 administration fee if canceled prior to June 30th. However, cancellations requested after June 30th will receive credit for the current or following camp season.
